ZudoClinic (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is a clinic management application provided by Zudo Studio. The app helps doctors, clinic owners, and authorized clinic staff manage appointments, patient records, medical reports, payments, follow-ups, staff access, and clinic performance insights.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected when you use the ZudoClinic mobile application and related services.
1. Important Notice About Clinic and Patient Data
ZudoClinic does not independently create patient medical data. Patient information is entered, managed, and viewed by authorized doctors, clinic owners, or clinic staff using the app.
Doctors, clinics, and authorized clinic users are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper permission, consent, and legal basis to enter, store, manage, and share patient information through ZudoClinic.
ZudoClinic provides the software platform used to organize and manage clinic information.
2. Information We May Collect
Depending on how the app is used, ZudoClinic may collect and store the following information:

- Email address
- Phone number
- Password or authentication information
- User role, such as doctor, clinic owner, assistant, or receptionist
Clinic Information
- Clinic name
- Clinic address
- Clinic contact details
- Clinic staff details
- Clinic schedule and working hours
- Services and consultation information
Patient Information Entered by Clinic Users
- Patient name
- Patient phone number
- Age, gender, or basic profile details
- Appointment details
- Visit history
- Symptoms, complaints, vitals, diagnosis notes, treatment notes, and medical reports
- Follow-up details
- Payment status or consultation fee records, if used by the clinic
App Usage and Technical Information

- Allow doctors and clinic staff to manage appointments

- Create, preview, download, and share medical reports

4. How Patient Data Is Used
Patient data is used only for clinic management purposes inside the ZudoClinic app.
Authorized clinic users may view, update, manage, download, or share patient records and reports based on their role and permissions.
ZudoClinic does not sell patient data. We do not use patient medical records for advertising.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal or patient information.
Information may be shared only in the following cases:
With Authorized Clinic Users
Patient and clinic data may be visible to authorized doctors, clinic owners, assistants, receptionists, or staff members added to the clinic account.
With Service Providers
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, and app infrastructure. These service providers process data only to help us operate and improve the app.
Examples may include services such as Firebase, Google Cloud, or similar backend and analytics providers.
User-Initiated Sharing
If a doctor or clinic staff member chooses to share a medical report through WhatsApp, email, PDF, or another sharing option, that sharing is started by the user. The user is responsible for confirming that the report is shared with the correct person.
Legal or Safety Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, patients, clinics, or our services.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.
These measures may include authentication, role-based access control, secure cloud storage, encrypted transmission, and restricted access to sensitive data.
However, no digital system is 100% secure. Users should protect their login credentials and only give clinic access to trusted staff.
7. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the app’s services, maintain clinic records, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, and support business operations.
Doctors and clinics may delete or update patient records where supported by the app.
Some information may be retained for backup, security, legal, audit, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes for a limited period after deletion.
8. Account and Data Deletion

Please include your registered email address or phone number used in the app so we can identify your account.
After receiving the request, we may verify your identity before deleting your account or associated data.
Some clinic, patient, payment, or report records may be retained if required for legal, security, audit, dispute resolution, or clinic record-keeping purposes.
9. Permissions Used by the App
ZudoClinic may request certain device permissions only when needed, such as:
- Camera or photo access, if users upload clinic, staff, patient, or document images
- Storage or file access, if users download or upload reports
- Notification permission, if appointment or clinic activity alerts are enabled
- Internet access, to sync data with the server
Permissions are used only for app functionality.
10. Children’s Privacy
ZudoClinic is intended for doctors, clinic owners, and clinic staff. It is not designed for use by children.
Patient records for minors may be entered by authorized clinic users as part of clinic operations. The clinic is responsible for obtaining any required consent from parents, guardians, or patients according to applicable law.
11. Medical Disclaimer
ZudoClinic is a clinic management and record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, or emergency medical services.
Doctors and healthcare professionals remain responsible for all medical decisions, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, and patient care.
12. International Data Processing
Your information may be stored or processed on servers located in countries different from your own. By using ZudoClinic, you understand that your information may be processed where our service providers operate.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
